Handwoven in Down East Maine using authentic Maine float-rope each doormat is ready for the worst weather Mother Nature can throw at them. Lobster Rope Doormats are resistant to mold, mildew, and salt water. They're easy to clean and fast drying.
And, remember, because they're handwoven out of recycled Maine float-rope they're eco-friendly and whale-friendly, too! Float rope in the ocean used to entangle the Northern Right Whale, a protected species. Now that float-rope has been replaced with safer sink-rope, these colorful doormats are an innovative way to honor Maine history and help the environment.
Approximately 18" x 30". Recommended for non-skid surfaces only. Because each doormat is handwoven from authentic Maine lobster rope no two are ever quite the same. The 3-color pattern will be the same yet actual colors may vary slightly. We've done our best to represent what's available and are sure you'll be delighted when you receive yours.
