Every purchase you make is backed by The New England Trading Company’s 30-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, simply return it within 30 days and we'll exchange, credit or refund the cost of the item (excluding Shipping and Processing fees). All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year from the date of shipment.
