Where do your items ship from?
All of our products ship from the U.S., most from our own warehouse located in Ohio. This central location allows us to deliver our heavier packages to both coasts more quickly and economically.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
How long does it take for an order to ship?
In-stock items ship in 1-2 business days. Custom items take a bit longer. Every product page indicates how long that particular item will ship and we keep close track of it to keep that information current and accurate. We tend to ship sooner than usually stated, in order to ensure we do no over-promise.
How long does it take a package to arrive?
Most packages ship UPS Ground and take 2-5 days (5 days for California, Washington, and Oregon). We also use USPS Priority Mail. We strive to constantly update our shipping methods to help our packages arrive quickly and economically.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Your purchases are backed by The New England Trading Company’s 30-day Money-Back Guarantee of Satisfaction (exception: Personalized and Made to Order items). If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, simply return it within 30 days and we'll exchange, credit or refund the cost of the item. All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year from the date of shipment.
Can I request an exchange?
Absolutely! We ship exchanges with free shipping. When you return your item please include a copy of the original packing slip and include your exchanges request on the slip. If there is a difference in payment amount, we'll contact you. Otherwise we will ship your exchange once we receive your item in our warehouse.
Shop your gift list with confidence! We appreciate that many items purchased in the November/December timeframe are for holiday gift-giving. Any non-custom, non-personalized items purchased during this timeframe may be returned for an exchange/refund/credit in January.
Please note: Any items that are customized or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
