In-stock items ship in 1-2 business days. Custom items take a bit longer. Every product page indicates how long that particular item will ship, and we keep close track of it to keep that information current and accurate. We tend to ship sooner than usually stated, in order to ensure we do not over-promise.
How do I return an order?
Easy. We have complete return instructions here and we always allow extra time around the holidays. Items purchased in November/December can be returned in January.
How do I apply a promo code?
At checkout or in the cart there is space to apply promo codes.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We work very hard to keep rates as low as possible. Our doormats are shipped folded in order to reduce both costs and their carbon footprint. Doormats retake their shape quickly after being unpacked. In-stock items are shipped in 1-2 business days via UPS. On occasion, we may use USPS if UPS does not deliver to an address. We need street addresses for most orders. Please allow extra time for custom or personalized items.
